Shipping Policy
When you purchase from www.rlullman.com, your order will be delivered through one of the following methods:
1. Print books are printed to order and shipped by BookVault.
Print time is typically 3-5 business days after your order is placed. After books are printed, they are shipped directly to you.
Average shipping times:
- To USA and Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- To UK and Europe: 3 to 5 business days
You can track your order on the email you receive after purchase. Please note that once print orders have gone to print, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Signed books are mailed 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Signed books are mailed via Media Mail and have an average shipping time of 5-7 business days. We are currently only able to ship signed books in the USA.
3. Digital goods are delivered instantly by BookFunnel to the email address you provided at Checkout. If you do not see an email from BookFunnel, please check your Spam or Junk folders, or if using Gmail, please check your Promotions tab.
4. Merchandise is printed to order and shipped by Printful. Print time is usually 3 business days after your order is placed. After merchandise is printed, it is shipped directly to you. Average shipping time is 7 to 14 business days.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
