Shipping Policy
When you purchase goods from our Site (www.rlullman.com), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
1. Print books are printed and shipped by BookVault. Print time is usually 72 working hours. After books are printed, they are shipped directly to you.
Average shipping times:
- To USA: 7 to 10 working days
- To Canada: 7 to 10 working days
- To UK: 1 to 3 days
- To Europe: 3 to 5 working days
You will be able to track your order on the email you receive after purchase.
2. Digital goods are delivered instantly by BookFunnel to the email address you provided at Checkout. If you do not see an email from BookFunnel, please check your Spam or Junk folders, or if using Gmail, please check your Promotions tab.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
